“White Rabbit Tea” is a scene I always imagined could happen in Alice in Wonderland. Alice and the Cheshire Cat sit down for tea with the White Rabbit, who finally takes a moment to stop his scurrying about and enjoy being a magical rabbit. I made this new watercolor piece in April, 2025, imagining the feel of that first spring day when the afternoon golden sun hits just right, like a luminous dream from childhood preserved in memory. Hand embellished with gold watercolor. Limited to a signed and numbered edition of 50, these are archival Gilclee prints with a hand- deckled edge and hand embellished gold accents. Signed and numbered. Size is 11” x 14”, perfect for a standard sized frame.
